Digital Media & Events Executive

The Role:

As our Digital Media & Events Executive, you'll be the queen bee of operational and
technical realms, buzzing around our projects and ensuring everything clicks into
place. This role demands your presence on-site where you'll lead the production
swarm, coordinating the creative dance between clients, vendors, and our internal
colony. Based in the bustling hive of Singapore, this full-time role involves:

• Executing the buzz of on-site video production and live event execution.
• Orchestrating the workflow of creative and production projects.
• Managing event logistics seamlessly with clients, vendors, and our worker
  bees.
• Collaborating with a team of event planners, coordinators, and technical staff
  to deliver honey-sweet videos and events that exceed client expectations.
• If you are up for it, commissions and bonuses are also applicable when you
  bring in new deals and contracts!

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphics, Digital Media, Animation, PR,
  Communications, New Media, Broadcasting and Television, or related fields.
• A keen eye for graphic design, animation, digital media, and videography.
• Demonstrated integrity, sharp judgment, and the ability to persuade and
  charm.
• Fluent in English, with Mandarin or other languages as a sweet bonus.
• At least one year of related experience with a proven track record in video
  production or event management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, PP/FCPX, AE,
  Canva, Capcut, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach
  to adapt to buzzing priorities and client needs.
• Availability for weekend shifts and duties when the hive calls
