Audio Production Intern

Coordinate event onsite logistics, lighting/AV/and staging requirements, bumping out activities.

Commitment : 3 to 6 months

Coordinate event venue arrangements, programmes and materials
Manage onsite logistics, lighting/AV/and staging requirements, bumping out activities
Managing production crew and other professionals in production houses
Audio Visual crew at events (laptop operator, sound operator, camera operator) and shoots
Plan, execute and coordinator shoots with Clients and production crew members
Provide administrative and operational support
Production assistant to event, livestream and video production/technical team
Conduct equipment check and carry out proper storage
Administer customer feedback and prepare post event report
Other adhoc duties when required

Background in Production, Audio & Visual Technology, Film & Media Studies, Events
Management, Audio Visual Engineer or other related discipline.
Pleasant and possess good written and verbal communication skills in English
Have an interest in visual and audio production activities
Knowledge and fluency in Mandarin and other languages is a bonus
Able and open to work under pressure and willing to work flexible hours
No prior experience is required but candidate must have a positive and resilient attitude, motivated and excited to learn new skills.
